You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. You agree not to disclose your key to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Each API key is limited to one concurrent stream to ensure service stability.

3. Use of Service

Our service provides audio streams for use in Discord bots. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to misuse the service by attempting to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer the API, or cause an unreasonable load on our servers.

4. Tiers of Service

Nyuki Music offers a "Free" tier and a "Premium" tier. The Free tier has access to a limited selection of audio stations. The Premium tier, available via a one-time purchase, grants access to all audio stations. We reserve the right to modify the features of these tiers at any time.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
